Karen's Schoolhouse Buns

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of Butter
• 175 grams of Castor Sugar
• 1 tsp. of Vanilla Essence (Vanilla Extract)
• 3 Large Eggs
• 200 grams of Self-Raising Flour
• 1 tsp. of Baking Powder
• 225 grams of Icing Sugar
• 2-3 Tbsp. Warm Water

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
2. Mix Self-Raising flour and Baking Powder in mixing bowl
3. Add the Butter, Castor Sugar, Vanilla, and Eggs into the mixing bowl
4. Mix until combined
5. Distribute batter into cupcake tins
6. Bake in oven for 30 mins.
7. Once the cupcakes are cooled, Mix icing sugar with warm water until it comes together
8. Ice cupcakes
9. Enjoy!
