Smoky and Creamy Chipotle Garlic Sauce

Chipotle Garlic Sauce is a smoky, creamy, and garlicky condiment that transforms tacos, burritos, grilled meats, salads, burgers, and more into restaurant-quality meals. With chipotle peppers in adobo, mayo, sour cream, garlic, and lime, it’s quick to make and endlessly versatile.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (canned)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1 Cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. of lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 Tbsp. of adobo sauce (from the chipotle can)

Instructions:

  1. Peel garlic, measure mayo and sour cream, and juice lime.
  2. Add chipotle peppers, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, adobo sauce, smoked paprika, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Add more lime for tang or extra chipotle for heat.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
