Graham's Pork Sausage Meatloaf

A meatloaf made with pork sausage.
Ingredients:
- Pork Sausage Meat
- Mixed Herbs
- Parsley
- Onion (Grated or Finely Chopped)
- Soft Breadcrumbs
- 1 Golden Breadcrumbs (For the outside)
- Large Egg
- Salt + Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F)
- In one bowl, mix the stuffing comprised of breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, parsley, salt, and pepper
- In a separate bowl, add the onion to the sausage meat & combine with hands until mixed
- Next, add the stuffing mix to the sausage bowl & combine with hands until mixed
- Shape into loaf
- Beat egg to make an egg wash, brush the egg onto the loaf
- Cover with golden breadcrumbs
- Bake in oven for 45-60 mins.
