Graham's Pork Sausage Meatloaf

A meatloaf made with pork sausage.

Ingredients:

  • Pork Sausage Meat
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Parsley
  • Onion (Grated or Finely Chopped)
  • Soft Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Golden Breadcrumbs (For the outside)
  • Large Egg
  • Salt + Pepper (To Taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F)
  2. In one bowl, mix the stuffing comprised of breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, parsley, salt, and pepper
  3. In a separate bowl, add the onion to the sausage meat & combine with hands until mixed
  4. Next, add the stuffing mix to the sausage bowl & combine with hands until mixed
  5. Shape into loaf
  6. Beat egg to make an egg wash, brush the egg onto the loaf
  7. Cover with golden breadcrumbs
  8. Bake in oven for 45-60 mins.
