Aline's All-in-One Chocolate Cake

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. of Soft Margerine
- 5 oz. of Caster Sugar
- 6 oz. of Self-Raising Flour
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp. of Milk
- 2 oz. of Dringing Chocolate (Hot Chocolate Mix)
- 1 tsp. of Baking Powder
- Frosting/Filing Ingredients:
- Butter
- Icing
- Sugar
- Drinking Chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F)
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT baking powder in a large bowl
- After ingredients are mixed, mix in the baking powder
- Pour batter into 2 prepared cake tins (Parchment paper on the bottom & greased)
- For filling, mix butter, icing, sugar, and drinking chocolate to taste
- Bake for 20-25 mins. (When the cake begins to leave the side of the tin)
- 1/2 of the filling mix goes between the cakes and the other 1/2 goes on top. Each layer of frosting should be about a finger's width high
- Crumble Cadbury Flakes Over Top

The drinking chocolate can be substituted for instant coffee (which is added to the milk)
