Bacon Swiss Waffles

Bacon Swiss Waffles for the Cooks Rotating Waffle Maker
Serves: 3
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups of Waffle Base Mix
- 4 tbsp. of salted stick butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
- 8 slices of bacon (crumbled)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until mixture is smooth and contains no lumps
- In preheated waffle iron, ladle in about 1/3 cup for each waffle and cook until waffles are golden brown (about 3-4 minutes)
Comments:
Top with butter and shredded swiss cheese if desired
