Rae's Chocolate Buns

Chocolate buns with a chocolate butter frosting
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 5 oz. of Self-Rasising Flour
- 1 oz. of Cocoa Powder
- 3 Large Eggs
- 6 oz. of Castor Sugar
- 6 oz. of Margerine/Butter (Or a mix)
- Frosting Ingredients:
- Butter
- Drinking Chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F)
- Mix all bun ingredients in a stand mixer
- Spoon batter into bun cases (cupcake tins)
- Bake in oven for ~25 mins.
- For the frosting, cream the butter and drinking chocolate together
- Spread the frosting over the buns
