Tripple Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of blackberries
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. of maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
  • ½ tsp. of pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. of pecans, walnuts, or allmonds, coarsely chopped
  • ½ tsp. of honey

Instructions:

  1. Coarsely chop all berries.
  2. Divide oats evenly; place into two mason jars or large ramekins.
  3. Add half of the milk, yogurt, berries (reserving 1 Tbsp. of each berry for garnish), chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon to each jar.
  4. Gently stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top each with reserved berries, nuts, and honey.
