Mashed Potato and Stuffing Waffles

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Stuffing
- 2 Cups of Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Large Eggs (Lightly Beaten)
- 1 Tbsp of All-Purpose Flour
- Gravy
Instructions:
- Preheat waffle maker
- Ina a large bowl, gently mix the stuffing, mashed potatoes, eggs, and 1 Tbsp of flour. Do not over-mix. If the batter looks too runny, add additional flour.
- When waffle maker is hot, spray with cooking spray and spoon the batter into the waffle maker.
- Cook each waffle for 5-6 minutes, until the waffles are golden and crispy on the outside, or according to the waffle maker's instructions.
- Serve immediately with gravy.
