Mashed Potato and Stuffing Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Stuffing
  • 2 Cups of Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Large Eggs (Lightly Beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp of All-Purpose Flour
  • Gravy

Instructions:

  1. Preheat waffle maker
  2. Ina a large bowl, gently mix the stuffing, mashed potatoes, eggs, and 1 Tbsp of flour. Do not over-mix. If the batter looks too runny, add additional flour.
  3. When waffle maker is hot, spray with cooking spray and spoon the batter into the waffle maker.
  4. Cook each waffle for 5-6 minutes, until the waffles are golden and crispy on the outside, or according to the waffle maker's instructions.
  5. Serve immediately with gravy.
