Florence's Shortbread

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. of Butter
- 4 oz. of Caster Sugar
- 6 oz. of Plain Flour
- 6 oz. of Corn Flour
Instructions:
- Cream butter & caster sugar together
- Add the flours
- Form into a large ball
- Preheat oven for 160°C (320°F)
- Refrigerate for 1/2 hour
- Leave on counter for 10 mins
- Roll out to cut with cookie cutters
- Bake until just before golden brown (about 15 mins)
- Sprinkle with more caster sugar while still hot
